In Ontario, Canada how much does a Mortgage broker get on average in fees from the lending institution?
I’m thinking of taking all of the training to become a mortgage broker and am wondering how much of a "salary" I can expect. Also if anyone knows how to get recognized by all of the banking institutions that would be great too.

Does anyone know of a bank or lending institution that makes bad credit loans?
I am in need of a a loan. I know the rate will be high. Banks such as american general, wells fargo and citi will not lend me anything. not because of recent bad credit, but due to old bad credit. I only have 2 accounts with history over 12 months and the rest are all new 5 months or less. I need to only borrow around 5000. any help with this would be great. my score is low but like i said its not due to recent bad credit other than a judgement from 98 that showed up back in January. I have paid most of my collections off as well and still cannot seem to get help.
Can a bank, lending institution or financial representative run your credit multiple times with out concent?
I submitted for a business loan through a leasing company for some carpet cleaning equipment.
I was not approaved by the first lender my information was submitted to. The leasing comapny has
told me they were going to try a few other banks. They would not disclose how many other banks would be checking my credit. I did not sign any thing allowing them to run my credit. I did sign a proposal agreement laying out the terms of the lease if the loan was approaved by the lender. I’m Not sure what to do.
Is there any legitimate lending institution who will offer a Return Anticipation Loan and NOT charge too much?
Knowing that there are so many sleezy lenders out there making exorbitant amounts from low-income individuals, it just seems like something that legitimate outfits might negate by offering better loans on this guaranteed income.
