Regarding the Georgia Lending Group. How are some people getting loans through this company?
I am curious why some people are getting loans through the Georgia Lending Group, even able to go to an office, and some people are getting their money taken and getting nothing for it. I have had 00.00 taken from me by them and no loan and no refund. Are the people that are writing here and saying they got loans planted by this company to throw people off or are they legitament people that actually got loans

they claim they are a hard money lending company that gets investors to lending you money with a collateral if you dont have any, then you pay a down payment (a percentage of like 15%) of the amount they lend. i have searched every where and i know there is a real estate company under caldwell but not a lending group. i just would like to know if any one has heard of this company?
Why would Kingswood lending group scam innocent people?
I am a victim of a Scam by kingswood lending group. I beg you not to deal with them so that they can not recieve anymore money from innocent people. Their phone # is 1888 615-8496, but when they call you the number will come up blocked on the caller id. The man that called me name is Paul Forbes I don’t think thats his real name. If you are contacted by these people you should call the authorities because they are trying to rip you off.
Has anyone ever heard of Parkwood Lending Group located at 2200 South Dixie Highway, Miami, Florida?
They say they are a private lending company. They are not registerd with the better business bureau. I applied for a loan and was approved for 15k but, they needed 95 as collateral, and I would not have a payment until December 2008. Sound like a scheme?

Any one heard of or used Second Chance lending group? I am in desperate need of a short term loan because of identity theft and someone stealing money from our bank account so my credit looks bad eventhough it is not my fault.
